Build a local IdaPets business. Sell real raw food, treats and bones to the dog owners in your community, lead your own team of Affiliates, and earn $1.50 for every pound of raw diet you sell — with training, tools and a real support team behind you.
About This Portal
Brand Partners are the local face of IdaPets. You introduce dog owners to raw feeding, help them choose the right food for their dog, and take care of them as customers — online through your personal store link and QR code, at local pickups and events, or in person.
It's a real business relationship, not just a link to share: you sign a Brand Partner Agreement, complete training, can hold inventory and host pickups in your area, and can recruit and lead Affiliates who earn you override pay on every sale they make. If you'd rather simply recommend IdaPets and earn on your referrals, the Affiliate program is a lighter fit.

How You Earn
No percentages to decode — you earn a flat amount per pound and per item. There are two ways to earn.

Example: one 16 lb box + 2 treats + 3 bones pays you $28.25 when you make the sale (before the card processing fee), or a full $9.75 in override when one of your Affiliates does.
- Raw diet pays on the real pounds in the package — an 8, 16 or 32 lb box pays on 8, 16 or 32 lb.
- One sale, one type of pay: you earn your direct rate or an override on a sale, never both.
- Whoever makes the sale covers the card processing fee: on your own sales, 2.9% of the order total + 30¢ comes off your commission (never below $0; no fee on cash orders). Your override on your Affiliates' sales is never reduced — they cover the fee on theirs.
- Toppers, merchandise and other items aren't commissionable.
- Commissions show as Pending until the 30-day return window passes, then Approved, then Paid. Refunded or cancelled items are reversed.
- Payment requires a completed W-9 and a connected Stripe account.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need sales experience to become a Brand Partner?
No. Onboarding covers the products, raw-feeding basics and what you can and can't claim. What matters most is that you care about dogs and the people you'll be serving.
How is commission calculated?
You earn a flat amount per pound of raw diet ($1.50/lb) and per treat ($1.00) and bone ($0.75) on your own sales, plus an override on your Affiliates' sales. On your own card sales you cover the processing fee (2.9% of the order + 30¢); overrides are never reduced. Raw diet is paid on the real package weight. Toppers and merchandise aren't commissionable.
What's the difference between direct pay and override?
Direct pay is what you earn when the sale is yours. Override is what you earn when an Affiliate on your team makes the sale — it's paid on top of the Affiliate's own commission, never taken from it. A single sale earns you one or the other, never both.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are tracked item by item in your dashboard. Each one is Pending during the 30-day return window, then Approved, then paid to your bank through Stripe Connect. Override earnings go out with the monthly payout on the 15th. You'll need a completed W-9 and a connected Stripe account.
What happens if a customer returns or refunds an order?
The commission on the refunded items is reversed. If it was already paid, the amount is deducted from a future payout.
Do I have to hold inventory?
No. Inventory and local pickup are optional. Many partners simply sell online through their link; others hold frozen inventory so customers can pick up locally.
How do I build a team of Affiliates?
Share your Affiliate invite link from your portal (or have people enter your partner code when they apply). Once approved, they appear in My Affiliates, and you earn override on their sales.
Is there a cost to become a Brand Partner?
There is no cost to apply or to be approved. Full program terms are covered in the agreements you review during onboarding.
What can I say about the products?
Share your honest experience and accurate product information. Don't make medical or health claims. Claims training in onboarding shows exactly what's okay to say.
Can I be invited directly instead of applying?
Yes — some partners join by personal invitation from our team. Either path leads to the same portal, training and support.
